Online through a third party company Domuso

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

We offer 24 hour maintenance available for emergencies. You can put work orders in through the resident portal on the website or contact the rental office.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Cal Trans and Samtrans

How often does rent go up? By how much?

We do increases by the industry standards.

What is the parking situation?

One stall per Apartment.

Are there plans to update the building?

Interior renovations on-going

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

Hampshire offers an Early Termination Offer in the lease.
